FinSS Global is now TripleC.ai. We have a new name and a new look. We still deliver the same products and services, through the same team, to the same customers.
Nothing changes in how we work with you. Over the coming weeks you’ll see the TripleC.ai name on our website, documents and communications.
Why a new name
Since 2019 we have helped small-to-medium Australian ADIs, lenders and credit providers with compliance, collections, banking solutions and digital transformation. More and more of that work is built on data, automation and AI. TripleC.ai reflects where we’re heading, and keeps the financial-services experience our customers rely on.
Credit. Confidence. Control.
The three Cs in TripleC are the outcomes we work towards for our customers, and the principles behind everything we deliver:
- Credit: grow your lending and credit book responsibly, with structured onboarding and a complete view of every customer you extend credit to.
- Confidence: give your credit teams full visibility before every decision, with the data, history and documents they need in one place.
- Control: governed workflows, clear approvals and complete audit trails, so every decision can be explained and supported.
Our approach to AI follows the same principle: AI-assisted, always human-decided. AI helps your people work faster and more consistently. It supports their judgment and never replaces it.
What stays the same
- Our products: CCR Data Supply (CCRDS), Collection Management (CollectRM), the enABLED all-in-one business lending dashboard, the enABLED-Biz SMB financial dashboard and our CDR Compliance Solution. Same names, same features.
- Our services and partners: the same consulting and implementation services, and the same partner solutions for business and consumer banking.
- Our team and support: the people you deal with today, and the same ways to reach them.
- Your agreements: existing contracts, pricing, service levels and invoicing continue as they are. You don’t need to do anything.
What changes
FinSS Global is now TripleC.ai
- Our name and logo: TripleC.ai replaces FinSS Global across our brand.
- Our website: you’ll find us at triplec.ai.
- Our email: our main contact address is now info@triplec.ai.
While we transition, you may see both names on documents and systems for a while. That’s expected.
Coming soon: a new product
Alongside the products you already use, we will soon introduce a new product under the TripleC.ai brand. We will share the details in the coming weeks. If you would like to hear about it first, contact us at info@triplec.ai.
About our company name
For now, TripleC.ai is the brand of Fintech Solutions & Services (Global) Pty Ltd. The legal entity you contract with, and its ABN and bank details, are not changing. We plan to change the company name to match the new brand in future. We’ll tell customers and partners well in advance, including anything you might need to do.
A note on payment security
This change does not affect our bank details. We will never ask you to change payment details by email alone. If you receive a request like that, appearing to come from FinSS Global or TripleC.ai, please verify it by calling us on a number you already know before acting on it.

✅ Do I need to do anything?
No. Your products, services, contacts and agreements continue as they are.
📦 Will the products I use change?
No. CCRDS, CollectRM, enABLED, enABLED-Biz and the CDR Compliance Solution keep working as they do today. Over time they will carry TripleC.ai branding.
🧾 Will my invoices look different?
You may start seeing the TripleC.ai name and logo on invoices. The legal entity and payment details stay the same.
